Sprouted Grains and Seeds - Full of Nutrients

Sprouted grains are rich in a host of elements and nutrients. You can use wheat, rye, oats, barley, beans, peas, soybeans, lentils, white lupine, lucerne, Indian cream, garden radish, cress salad, and other grains and seeds to sprout. In addition, you can leave sprouted nuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin pips until they are warm. It is sufficient for adults to consume about 100 grams of sprouted grains or seeds per day, but for children - even less.

Sprouted wheat flakes are rich in protein, carbohydrates, lipids, minerals, 18 amino acids, and various vitamins, such as A, B1, B2, B5, D2, PP, and K. Mix with 2-3 teaspoons of honey. Add yogurt, Greek yogurt, vegetable oil, juice, or to your salad or porridge, and consume this mixture on an empty stomach in the morning. They are especially advised for people suffering from chronic gastritis, hepatitis, diabetes, high blood pressure, allergies, stomach, and duodenal ulcers. Flakes can be purchased at the shop.


To strengthen and revive your organism, you should use at least 100 grams of sprouted wheat grains per day, especially during spring. Wash the grains and make a 1 cm-thick layer and place them on a large porcelain or stone plate or tray. Keep the vessel in a warm place for 24 hours. Later, rinse the sprouted grains and grind them with a meat-chopper. Infect them with a glass of boiling milk, leave the mixture for half an hour, and use it. If you wish, you can add butter, sour cream, or honey to the mixture.


You can make sprouted grains or seeds on your own. Just wash and decay them. Pour some water over them and soak them in a warm place at night. Later, rub the grains or seeds and place them on a large plate or tray with a layer of 1 cm. Cover the pot with a damp cloth and leave for 1-2 days until it sprouts. They can be used either fresh or dried. If you want to dry your sprouts, you should wash them again to get the powder, dehydrate, and grinder. You can include the powder in your food.
