Soybean Salad Ingredients


Soybeans soaked overnight - 225 grams,

Sprouted Moong - 100 grams,

Chopped green onions - ½ bunch,

Olive oil - 1 tbsp

Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Cloves crushed garlic - 1

And salt, pepper to taste


Method:

Sieve the soybeans. Add fresh water to cover and cook until the soybean is soft. Drain and rinse with cold water. Blend the oil, lemon juice, and garlic together and pour over the hot beans.
