Gilioye herb is a climber. It belongs to the family Menispermaceae and its botanical name is Tinospora cardifolia. This herb usually grows in tropical regions and is available in abundance in India, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka. The climber has heart-shaped leaves and yellow flowers. Fruits are round and become bright red color on ripening. It is also known as Giloy in Hindi.
